About
'2:00 on the Clock' is an arcade rougelite clicker about scoring as much as you can before the countdown ends. You buy cards with your score so must try to balance spendings and earnings.
Development
'2:00 on the Clock' was made for the GMTK2026 game jam - which I only remembered entering the morning after it began. After being reluctant to actually taking part by the end of that day I had made most of the game.

fun game! I got 2.5k.
My start was to rush "clicking 0 gives 7" and double score + 10 seconds and spam clicking the 0s.
The mouse smoothing wasn't very nice tho. Lastly, the song is nice but repetitive. Imho, you should 10000% turn it into a nujabe's style beat.
Yeah that's the best strat. The mouse smoothing was brought up by one person earlier but I thought it would be fine (guess people are noticing the "plot-holes")
And the music is quite repetitive yes its from an old game and i played it so much that even when I'm not playing I hear it as a faint hum, not great :/
